Windgate Place is a joint venture apartment complex. 92 Proof, Inc, operates all the leasing, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities for this 57-unit facility. Residents experience our commitment to their comfort with 24-7 service and a personal touch. After 15 years of successful operations and ownership we sold the property in 2022.

BRX, Inc (Blue Ridge Express) is a joint venture founded in 2023 with Michael and Jane Yancey. BRX is a service provider we FedEx ground and responsible for operating 20+ ground routes that cover areas in Augusta, Albemarle, and Nelson Counties. With a staff of 30+ team members our mission is to professionally, safely, and efficiently deliver all ground packages while meeting or exceeding FedEx standards. In the future we plan to grow BRX, Inc into other markets within the Fedex structure.
